This is the best pillow ever! If you like to adjust your pillow at night or are used to a down pillow, this pillow is for you. The acclimatization took 3-4 nights. In front of this pillow I would wake up in pain (like I hadn't slept properly) and with a headache (almost every day). This pillow woke me up with sore muscles for the first few days but it was a good pain, not that I slept wrong but more like I slept in a better position and it took some time to settle got my muscles used to the new pillow. But after a few days, this is my favorite pillow I've ever had. No more headaches or neck pain. I would recommend this to everyone. In fact, I might buy a few as Christmas gifts this year.
