This shorts are great but I would size down one. I am 5'8, weigh 160 lbs and normally wear size mediums in shorts. This shorts fit a little too loose for me that even with tightening the straps, they still fit a little big. If I would order from this brand again, I would size down for comfort and safety. Having bigger or baggy MTB shorts could cause them to snag onto your seat. The shorts have secure pockets to carry important items without having to worry about losing them on the trail.I know these shorts are listed as outdoor and other activities but it also has cycling.
