Versatile Men'S Hiking Pants - Convertible Zip-Off, Quick-Dry & Lightweight Cargo Design Review

I bought this for my husband who likes to wear stretchy hiking pants. He used to have a similar pair that can turn into shorts but they are no longer available for purchase. Unfortunately, this was a no go for him. The material wasn’t stretchy. The sizing does not include different lengths like how some other companies have it. My husband is 6’7 approximately 220lbs. The size 36 fit in terms of waist but was very short, 3inches above his ankle. Sadly will be returning this item.

This is the second pair of these pants I purchased. I clicked reorder expecting to receive the same pants; however, the pants I received are slightly smaller than the first pair and do not fit. I matched the pant legs together and the second pair that I am returning is about 1/2 inch smaller in diameter. Very disappointed.

The size chart goes by XXS, XS, M, L, XL but it only offers you waist sizes to order them. Im a 32 waist so that is what i ordered. These pants fit like a 34-36 waist.

I found these pants to be pretty comfortable, but they make a good bit of noise and if you sweat at all you will have them stuck to you and everyone will see how much you are sweating.

I needed convertible pants for an event where it was 45° in the morning and 75° in the afternoon. These pants were ideal. They are very comfortible and have more pockets than expected (7). Cool in the morning, warm in the afternoon? These pants fit the bill.

The material seems to be of good quality, but my biggest issue with these pants that I use for fishing is that they’re way too baggy.

The pants fit perfect, wick moisture away and dry fast. One zipper on the outside of the cargo pocket sometimes will separate if under stress but will fix itself after running it up and down once. A few loose threads but have help up well after about 20 miles of hiking.

FYI - when ordering these "royal blue safari pants", please note several vendors are all selling this same exact pair. My bad - I wasn't paying attention when I ordered what I though was a different pair & hoped for a better fit. Same pants & still too small. These pants are not worth 40 bucks based on the cheap feeling material, and Ebay recommended ordering 2 sizes bigger than I wear. I have a 33 waist and 30 inseam. They recommend 38. Maybe 1 size larger, but not certain because I'm going to try another brand. Happy trails !

I bought these for a canoe trip. They were light weight and kept the bugs off me and I was able to easily unzip the pant legs when needed. I wish the zipper was a bit more sturdy.

I ordered the correct size and they fit in the waist and length but I couldn't even pick my leg up more than maybe 1 ft without it feeling like they were gonna rip.Way to tight on the thighsOther than that they seemed really well made

One slight drawback was they needed to be altered because the leg length were a bit long for my husbands 30” length 100% Nylon!

The size is probably okay, it is the general design that creates 2 issues.The pockets lay across the front of your leg rather than coming down on the outside of your legThe waist is short, sitting more on the hip than at the waist.Both make this an uncomfortable pair of pants for me.

These are nice lightweight hiking pants with very good pockets. When you think about it, if two pairs of pants fit well and are made of similar materials, the only possible design differences are the belt loop and the pockets. These pants have 5 belt loops and an elastic waist band making for a very comfortable fit around the waist. The front top pockets are nice and deep and cut so that hands go in easily but nothing falls out when you sit down. There is an extra deep "pocket watch" pocket on…

They are the most comfortable pants I’ve worn in years. They are perfect for wearing in the rain. They are lightweight and versatile. Plenty of pockets and they wash up really well and dry very quickly. I highly recommend these pants.

Don't get me wrong, they're nice pants. I ordered 40x32 and they are bigger than I expected, especially around the legs. Were talkin MC Hammer sailboat sail big. The description as well as picture shows the legs are stretchy. Nope, didnt happen. Other than that, they are pretty tough and light. You shouldn't sweat in them.

The waist size fits great but the inseam is a bit off and uncomfortable, especially while during my hike I had to rise my pants to make large strides and when walking or sitting not much flexibility.

This is a really great product, other than it is a little larger than expected. When the pants legs are zipped on, it looks like I'm wearing balloon pants. However when I unzip and use them as shirts, they look just fine. They are super lightweight.
