Review on PiroirDirect by Jayson Sharma

Due to the fact that PiroirDirect is dedicated to providing premium home and workplace wellness equipment at prices that are affordable, I decided to make a recent purchase from their online store and buy a massage chair. Having said that, I must say that my experience has been rather discouraging. After a lengthy delay, the massage chair finally arrived, but when I opened the box, I found that it was missing several components. I called their customer support and received a response that was both impolite and unprofessional when I did so. It took them several days just to acknowledge that they had received my request for replacement components. In addition, the actual massage chair is not of the superior quality that is advertised on the website. The massaging function is not very strong and has little to no impact, and sitting in it is very uncomfortable. Since then, I've asked for a return, but the procedure has been very drawn out and difficult. My experience with PiroirDirect has, on the whole, been less than satisfying. Their quality of products as well as their customer support fall short of the expectations they set forth. Buying from this company is not something I would suggest doing.
