You are supposed to get 2 RJ45 connectors and 2 gray waterproof connectors that connect to an Ethernet cable. I wrote to the company to finally get this information. I only received RJ45s. I got a refund, no problem, but I'm afraid to try again, otherwise what happens? So I'm talking to the company about it. Now to what I got. I am a bit confused. As they show in the picture, the nut is outside. Everything is set up for that, but usually for security reasons you want the nut on the inside and the round part on the outside so nobody can easily unscrew it. This is actually not possible because the rubber washer has a notch that matches the key in the device. You don't get 2 rubber washers, you get 1 and the cover assembly is another washer. If everything came up or straightened out I'd give it 4 stars because it's what I expected and I'll ignore it outside.
