Review on 🥃 Premium Glencairn Whisky Glass Set - Set of 6 in Elegant Presentation Box by Chuck Chen

So I ordered this set of 6 Glencairn glasses. It was marked "in stock" and had first class eligibility. It was supposed to ship in a box with the rest of my order. Despite this, it was delivered a day late, separate from the rest of my order, which was suspicious. However, the packaging has not been damaged or previously opened. Inside the box was a sealed white bubble wrap. Inside was a Glencairn box in all its matte black with brass lettering. I noticed the box was lighter than expected, but it didn't sink until I opened it. Now, these are expensive glasses. I believe that part of the money spent on this will go towards the presentation, and apparently it was. Two-tone matte black and copper with embedded copper foil lettering at top. Damn, the lid is almost closed. Opening the box was like breaking into a gateway to the ISS or the cursed tomb of a previously undiscovered mummy. I was impressed. It stayed that way until the devastating realization that the box was empty. In front of me lay 6 evenly spaced velvet panels in the shape of Glencairn, empty caves. Like 6 small neatly placed black holes sucking all my hopes and dreams from my soul. I was shocked. So I stared at the box for what felt like a moment but like an eternity, trying desperately to explain what I was seeing. Bad joke? Did I miss something? Did I really buy the $50 box? Has anyone really forgotten to do the one (simple) thing they're literally getting paid to do? Anyway I called Revain and they refunded my money. I will order when they are back in stock and hopefully get the box AND the jars this time. I will say the box is top notch but without glasses I have to give it 1 star. Once this is fully resolved I will amend my rating to reflect my satisfaction.
