3 stars. Here's why: I'm mostly looking at what this product actually does versus its price point and it just doesn't balance out. I had no trouble installing it as it's very easy and no problem getting it working. Without exception, the bars heated up completely. It can definitely burn you. I tried the towel 20 minutes after putting it on and the part of it that comes in direct contact with the heating pad was warm enough while the rest of the towel wasn't. And yes, it was difficult for me. So I put it back on the grill for another 40 minutes. Even with a 60 minute warm up, the towel stayed about the same as a 20 minute warm up, and that was with the heater fully heated. I also keep in mind that it is summer now and when winter comes the greenhouse will certainly be even less efficient at heating the towel as ambient temperature matters. I would also like to point out the obvious quality issues. The black finish is missing in some places, although the rack is well packaged. Also, I noticed a small black mark on the white towel I used with it. I could live with that and definitely use colored towels if it really works... After all, it just doesn't heat the towel up well. So of course it's just a design flaw. I am convinced that anyone warmer than this style will be equally missed. What I really want to emphasize here, again, is the cost. There are heaters in this style that cost half as much as this one and all I know is that they do the same thing. With that in mind, I would advise you to ditch the warmer style altogether and go for another option. If you like this style and care more about getting your towel dry quickly then go for it. But remember that for the price you can do much better. I'll go with a warm bucket because the heat was the main reason I wanted it. I don't have enough heating and in winter a warm towel right after the shower feels like heaven. If you're in the same boat as me, look elsewhere.
