Perfect for cooking!

LOVE these bags! I was looking for something I could get in and out of but still use a vacuum sealer. I chop herbs and things like garlic or ginger and then freeze them in mini silicone ice cube trays with coconut oil or olive oil to make my daily dinner a little easier. I package them (I wrap them in parchment paper so they don't completely stick together) and then seal them in these bags. I can easily hop on and off to grab a cube if needed. I originally got her into making daily smoothie packs that I could just take out of the freezer and throw in a blender. I would do the same trick as above and premix the herbs and veggies and then freeze them into tight cubes. In daily packs, I would give 2 diced vegetables, a small handful of frozen berries, and 1 cube of E-3 Live BrainOn (Frozen Liquid) - 6 bottles of 16.2 ounces each.
