Functional work of art. This product is everything I hoped it would be. First off, I'm a green tea snob. I love Dragonwell green tea and regularly order it from China as I am afraid of running out of tea and being forced to drink grass clippings which are sold locally as green tea. I'm even picky about the steeping process, the temperature of the water used, etc. I used to use a stainless steel tea ball in a Yeti stainless steel glass. When I first started using my clear zen glass, my tea got BETTER. What? All glass and stainless steel make the tea taste even purer for me. My other setup stays hotter longer for road trips and hikes, but this glass keeps my tea ready to drink when I want it home, meaning instantly, and then keeps it at the perfect temperature until I'm done. The case is a nice added bonus to protect the glass and keep it warm, but the glass is so pretty that I don't use it as I like to look at it. Really happy with the value, loved the positive messages on the very secure packaging and will be buying more of this product in the future as gifts for my family.
