Benefits: The magnetic connector is easy to use without the risk of damaging the USB port from repeated plugging and unplugging. Braided cables are strong and durable and won't snag on table edges. Includes micro and USB-C tips for various devices. Cons: The plug is finicky and sometimes won't charge when first plugged in. I have to wiggle the magnetic tip to get a solid connection. The USB-C charger does not support PD or other fast charging standards, even using an OEM charging cable for my device, so it is a very slow charging. The LED indicator on the cable shows that the cable is plugged into a power source, not powered, and properly connected to the device. I use these on my kids tablets as they broke the charging ports on their old ones and it works like a charm most of the time but I found the magnetic connector was attached but misinstalled a couple of times which resulted in this that the device was not charged . Tried on several other devices (PS4 controller, wireless mouse, BT headphone charging case) with decent results. Not recommended for anything you intend to use while charging, but it only works great when charging.
