Review on SmartRest by Michael Finnegan

The application offers lots more functionality than I need right now for our small food cart / mobile kitchen operation so as far that part goes there's not much positive at all with this one! Other features like being able find your favorite dishes has been helpful too since we are located outside most normal dining hours during peak times (ie after work). Being an app rather then web-based would help if you rely heavily upon access online or use other applications while out working/cooking but thats just my opinion :) Overall its great because everything can be done using their platform without having staff available who know how things should run day by DAY!! Having someone else do what they don't enjoy helps keep everyone happy ;) The ability to monitor your restaurant remotely and with ease. I am able to view menus, order status, and check inventory levels. It would be great if you could add more options for the different payment methods. This is a great product for restaurants that want remote access. You can see how busy your restaurant is throughout the day, what orders are coming in, and when they will be ready to pick up.
