We have been able to focus more time into other aspects of running our business, such as marketing/sales etc. This has allowed us to grow faster than we had anticipated! Calls are answered professionally by real people who know what they're doing. When I do get an error or issue it is fixed right away. Sometimes multiple times per week if needed, which can be difficult at this volume. There's no better way to answer hundreds of incoming calls at once than with reception HQ. Their ability to scale allows them to support my small team without having to increase headcount!
