Great Company - Very Friendly & Professional Service

I like that they are very professional, have great customer support (which is most important) but also seem to actually care about your business! Our call volume has increased by over 50% since we started using them. Sometimes it's hard to get hold of someone due to having so many customers calling at once!! Would highly recommend. We've had an increase in sales through improved communication with prospective clients as well as existing ones who now know more quickly what timeframes fit best…

Quality service and followup makes all difference

We have been able to focus more time into other aspects of running our business, such as marketing/sales etc. This has allowed us to grow faster than we had anticipated! Calls are answered professionally by real people who know what they're doing. When I do get an error or issue it is fixed right away. Sometimes multiple times per week if needed, which can be difficult at this volume. There's no better way to answer hundreds of incoming calls at once than with reception HQ. Their ability to…

Great System; Fantastic Customer Support

I like that they are able resolve any issues with my customers quickly, even if it's during off hours or weekends! The customer support is great too - we always feel heard when talking through an issue via chat/phone call. Sometimes you have your hands tied by having only one person available at night (or weekend) so being able to talk directly to someone who can help immediately would be nice sometimes but not really something i dislike about this system as much as others do :) We've been…

  • there’s nothing more frustrating than going back into old emails after work because its easier just log onto reception hq then reply straight away instead :)
