The first thing that catches the eye is a beautiful box. You immediately feel that the money is well spent without even opening the box. The contents are well accommodated in the packaging and the glass is well protected. I would have no problem dropping the box knowing the glass would survive without damage. All of the glass inside is quite thick which tells me this set will last for years. The carafe is a bit difficult to open and close due to the tight-fitting lid, but I think keeping your alcohol clean and oxygen-free is a good thing. The included ice stones make the set even more fun, and there's also tiny tongs for picking up blocks of ice, cherries, or whatever. I set it up on a table just like business people do on TV or in movies and it matches the feel and look perfectly, adding a sense of sophistication to the place it's placed.
