Good stand but legs were too high for my needs. My screen was too high. I needed a tray no larger than 2 1/2 inches. Also, it wasn't deep enough. I needed a size at least 11 inches. I bought another one and just put a stack of paper on the back to fill the space required. Also remember that your tray will not open smoothly if it is flush with the table. I put felt pads under my feet, which lifted them up a bit. Now it opens nicely.
