I love how simple it was for my team to use in order to share our processes with each other quickly - we've been using this tool internally at least since November 2018 when they launched as an open source project (which makes sense given what's happening currently).
The customer support has also always gotten back to me very promptly whenever there were any issues or questions I had about setting up something new within the product. We're able to easily create forms/checklists which are stored alongside documents so that everyone can learn from them later if necessary without having access to those original materials first hand.
