Dell support for their product sucks
I understand that products sometimes have defects. This pen did not work (and yes, it was used with one of the supported Dell laptops listed). I agree. My issue is that Dell does NOT give you the option to speak to one of the support reps if the item is purchased from the Dell Store on Revain. Although they have a presence on Revain, they wash their hands of any product endorsement. A lesson every reader should learn: Don't expect Dell support for anything you buy from Revain. There is a very good chance you will be screwed!
