I love just about everything about these headphones: great sound quality, great design, best beats yet, easy pairing with iPhone, long battery life and easy disconnect. The problem with them is that comfort, convenience and sound quality are the most important things when it comes to headphones. If you fail in any of these aspects, your product will fail. These headphones may have failed in many other ways, but as long as they were comfortable, most people would be fine. I have to take them off after an hour of use to give my ears a break and I hate that. Unfortunately I'll be returning them, they look great and sound amazing but I can't ignore the pain in my ears just for them to use. Before I used some old Beats Studio 2s and they sounded great to my ears, I almost never got tired of them. After using them and getting a refund I am investing in about 3 studios or waiting for Beats to release a studio pro for them. I was disappointed to have come to this conclusion
