I ended up giving it a 3 star overall rating because I like the usefulness of the product, but it was difficult(?) to assemble my phone through the hole, or maybe that hole is closed hard to go through the bolt. I almost gave up because I have tendonitis. After that I had to put ice on my wrists! Maybe add a small tool to hold the hole open, or maybe a small clamping tool to pull the bolt out? I had to use my nails which are on the brittle side so they snapped a bit.
