The purchase was not entirely successful, there were minor problems in use.

Brief background: I have a rather negative attitude towards Razer products, for a long time, in the year 2022-2022, I used the first Razer Naga and the Razer Lycoza keyboard, and both very quickly disappointed due to emerging technical problems. I have been using mice with side 12 keys for 8+ years to play WoW, there were Razer Naga, Logitech g600 and Corsair Scimitar pro. The latter ordered to live long and the question of replacement arose. The current revision of the g600 is receiving rather sad reviews, Corsiar was discontinued and therefore settled on Razer. Now to the point: after connecting to a PC, the mouse worked flawlessly, it was immediately determined and all the buttons worked. But Razer Synapce didn't see the mouse. By connecting the mouse one by one, first via a wireless connection and then via a cable, Nagi was displayed in Synapce. But immediately after that, the keys 1,2,3 on the sidebar stopped working. And they did not work on both 12-button and 6-button ones. Then there was a series of experiments, with changing panels, changing USB ports to which the mouse was connected, changing profiles, nothing helped. The next day I went to the warranty department of the store, where I took the mouse (there are no complaints about the store), the guys connected it, looked, everything works. They said to try reinstalling the mouse driver in the OS and Razer Synapce itself. I came home, demolished Synapce, everything worked. Put Synapce and the backlight stopped working on the mouse. I plugged into another USB port, along with the backlight, the keys 1,2,3 again fell off. As a result, after 5 reboots of the PC, a dozen of plugging the USB cable into different sockets and 4 reinstallations of Synapce, everything works. But how stable it will all be and whether it will crash on the next reboot, I don’t know. I bought the device for a little less than 13k, and for such a price, the need to dance with a tambourine for adequate mouse operation is a mockery. There are no complaints about the device itself yet. The keys are pressed very softly and pleasantly, the sound is not loud. The cable is just space, thick in a fabric braid and very flexible.

Pros
  • Mouse Quality Button volume and clicks The wire
Cons
  • Razer Synapce 3.0 Mouse instability Price (due to the lack of a docking station included)
