My daughter wanted this as a birthday present, when we opened it the bow was broken but I received great customer service and the issue was resolved. I have a very happy 5 year old child! Many thanks for your help! A great buy for anyone hesitant to spend, the headband is detachable to wear at all times and the headphones are very comfortable on my daughter's ears unlike all the cheap little ones that end up hurting and too become garbage we used them for almost three months and they are still perfect!
