Have seen them in use in various high end coffee shops for years. Now I have them and I save my coffee beans to keep the roast as fresh as possible just before sealing. The freshness that explodes upon opening Kona, Jamaican Blue, Kopai Luwak, etc. is like being in a barista shop. The oils are also available for a month or more, as on the day of purchase. Which you will not find in cheap fakes. I even checked all the lenses in their store to make sure they use the same lenses. Definitely great value for money! Now I want to try the sourdough to see if I can get homemade boudin quality!
