I'm a temp worker and I've found that after putting on a few extra winter pounds every year I get the second half of the year which is part of what happened is the fact that my movement was restricted by the pants. Now I wear them with floppy shorts instead of bags. This makes my job so much easier and allows me to be flexible and move properly because I don't have to struggle with the stiff fabric that traditional work pants are made of. I'm colder than most guys, and these lightweight shorts over it will keep me warm on a Maryland winter (though they won't keep you warm like jeans or traditional work pants).
