This brace will support my sprained wrist during the nightly recovery process when I go to bed. During the day I used a different orthosis, but this one is good for the night. This allows me to wrap tightly (three velcro straps) with good restraint so the hand/wrist doesn't move. Light and quite soft, overall quite comfortable. It can be used for both right and left hands (opening slots in both directions), which can be very effective when needed.
