Didn't have the case advertised otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The matter is important. The handle has a zip at the bottom and a zip at the top. This gave our 10 week old pup a safe haven while we visited a cool cat while the pup could still be part of the family when not being held. The zippers are good. The water bottle hole didn't work so put a small plate of water in it. It opened and folded easily and after a little wiggling it folded very well when it was time to go. We left her drawer the same as her bed and it was really nice. We will use it at home when we need to limit their freedom, for example when we have dinner because there is space inside for food, food, water and a urine pad. By the way, she only weighs 3.5 pounds like Morkie, so this size is perfect for her.
