Let's get it straight; I hate the disc, it distracts a bit. I've always said "if it works and does its job right; then what difference does it make in how it looks!” It looks pretty neat and slick thanks to the magnetic body that slides at the very top to protect the tips. But that's not all, at the other end is another stylish tip that looks more like a regular rubber tip. In terms of accuracy, imagine having an Apple Pencil without having to charge the OS. However, there is a compromise here where you lose pressure sensitivity compared to the Apple Pencil. All in all, this is one hell of a design and you can never beat two for one. If you're looking for an Apple Pencil alternative that doesn't have these BS, having to dip the product with your device and BS, I ALL RECOMMEND this product.
