I have an upper row of teeth. I expected better results from this product than what I got. When you open the package, there is a stack of paper forms in a plastic bag. You need to measure it by the fake set's gum plate and then trim it. Then sprinkle it lightly with water and put your teeth against your gums. I'm new to all this. I got my upper about a month ago and am looking for the best grip option. I found the shapes difficult to cut and from the directions it was unclear (to me) where exactly the shape should start and end. Now I'm about the height of a nine year old, so my mouth and teeth are pretty small. I had to shorten the shape a bit. As I did so, I sprinkled water on it and put it in my mouth. It didn't stick to the palate very well so I just gave up. I think this product is too difficult to use and doesn't stick as well as it says.
