You are both great! I use the mist AFTER the moisturizer and BEFORE.
They are both great! I spray AFTER my moisturizer and BEFORE foundation/concealer and then again AFTER my makeup is done. Works amazing. Dampening your eyeshadow brushes with mist will give even the cheapest eyeshadows a more pigmented look. When I pair the eyeshadows with an eye primer using a wet brush, they last all day!
