Good treads, strong Velcro

They have good treads for asphalt and dirt roads and are also resistant to normal wear and tear. Size 13 fits my 8 year old well. There are three rows of straps - back heel, toe and ankle strap. The velcro is very strong so they don't slip off when you put them on. He says they are comfortable. Overall a good summer shoe. I like them better than flip flops because my child can hold them better when active.
