There is no water resistance at all.
The watch works as advertised and for the first two days I was very happy with the purchase. I then accidentally put it on in the shower for about 2 seconds before remembering to take it off. After that the watch was completely damaged, I couldn't even use it as a normal analogue watch. Luckily it was during the Revain return period so I sent it back and got a Samsung Galaxy watch instead. Don't buy these because you'll end up accidentally getting wet and they'll then become paperweights.
