Their reporting system doesn't do what it claims. It's not possible to look into campaign level metrics in an easy way. Reporting can be confusing (not user friendly). Make sure you understand how they calculate ROI from each metric before deciding whether it's worth implementing. You need to decide if this tool makes sense given all available options. If cost is at a premium, consider other tools such as MarketMuse vs TeamMedia. Improve performance and increase engagement with social media ads - especially Instagram targeting. I like that they are very good at what they do! They know their stuff well. The support team as helpful and willing to go out of their way if need be to ensure you're happy with service provided. Nothing really comes up too often but when it does they deal with it quickly. If it's an issue outside of normal operations or something not in their area of speciality then other providers can come into play so this isn't such a big problem for me personally.
