Review on Goodal Green Tangerine Vitamin C Toner Pads - 5-in-1 Skincare Solution: Exfoliate, Tone, Brighten, Moisturize, Detoxify for Sensitive Skin (70 Pads) by Rich Fiedler

The first time I applied it to my face I didn't feel any moisture at all but the next day I decided to try again. I used 3 pads in 3 days but every time I used them my skin felt tight and dry. My face flared up after the first day and as I used it for 3 days it got progressively worse until I realized it was causing breakouts. I never get terrible breakouts and have used different pads before with no problems. It came in nice packaging and all, but I feel the product just isn't for my skin.
