A set of sharp steel knives.
Super sharp, no nicks, holds the blade well, holds well when greasy or wet. Very handy and inexpensive knife set. Defects? Carbon steel rusts easily, but a quick rub with coconut oil will keep rusting to a minimum. If rust has formed, wipe down with damp baking soda and aluminum foil to remove red stains. There is one knife in my set that does not have a polished weld between the blade and the handle. The steel is cheap and doesn't match the set, but it does the job.
