My product arrived in the shipping box, but the product box had a return label, was wrinkled and taped, and there was black grease in many of the long sections. Apparently this is a return (open package) sent back by someone in an oily environment and nobody in the warehouse bothered to check. It also had no velcro straps as said paper insert must be included. I don't have time to send it back and get an unopened box so I spent 30 minutes cleaning it. Luckily I ordered more than needed so those that don't peel do not need to be used or cut into smaller sizes. Edit: The company contacted me and offered to fix everything, so I appreciate their customer service. . I want to clarify that the product was not the problem. Revain shipped the returned item without checking the contents of the box. This shouldn't affect the actual product I was able to stain and cut off the damaged parts and it worked great.
