Review on MessageMedia SMS API/Gateway by Juan Huerta

The ability to integrate seamlessly into Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Pipedrive etc makes it very easy for companies of all sizes to use this tool within their business process. It has been difficult getting staff trained to understand how to input data correctly but once they do get there you have no problems using them! I would say that the ability to export reports is also beneficial when needed as well. So far we've found little downsides about the product other than maybe some minor UI changes could be made to make things easier for new users and trainees. But overall it has worked out really well so far. This allows us to communicate with our customer base more easily by making sure each message goes directly to the right person at the company.
