Treatment of Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii!

I normally ignore emails from Revain asking for feedback, but this product definitely deserves one. I have CP on my hands and face. The bumps on my arms never bothered me much, but my face turned red and red easily, which could lead to some embarrassing situations. I would avoid social situations for fear of an outbreak. The dermatologists told me it was rosacea and told me to use different creams and lotions. The problem is that my skin is so sensitive that any topical treatment can make my face worse. It was only after doing a little research on the bumps on my hands that I became aware of a condition called follicular red facial keratosis. This term is used when you have a CP on your face. It is often misdiagnosed as rosacea by dermatologists because both conditions leave the face with a flushed red hue. I did a quick google image search and knew right away I had this! The whole time I thought it was different conditions, but it only makes sense that if I have CP on my hands, it was probably on my face. Other reviewers say it can take a month before you see results. Well, I've been using this product every day for the past two weeks and I've already noticed a huge difference! I use it every night in the shower before bed. My skin has become much softer, the pimples on my hands have almost all disappeared and my face has a beautiful even complexion. I only wish I had known sooner! I also use CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion, 3 oz after I get out of the shower because this product can leave your face dry and tight. If you have the same problem as me then I would highly recommend this brand of moisturizers. This is the only moisturizer that doesn't make my face red! It took a lot of trial and error to figure out what works, so I hope this review helps someone else. Much luck!
