I was pleasantly surprised at how EASY the plastic strap was to assemble. What made it easy was a pump to quickly inflate the balloon, which we assembled in less than 2 hours the night before our event. Please keep them away from direct heat or sunlight as they will burst like crazy when taken outside for display.
