Basic product, stable results.

This is one of my staples. I have 2B, low porosity, thin to medium strands, high density hair. This pudding smells great and is very concentrated, make sure you emulsify well when applying. Pudding doesn't usually offer a strong hold, but I think this product has a good hold on its own. I usually use it on wash days but I've used it to refresh and it will liven up and hold my waves. The product smells great, lemony like a kumquat, but unfortunately the smell doesn't linger (I personally would love to smell this product all day long). The product contains protein and glycerin. Despite the glycerin content, it holds up well even in humid environments. That's probably because I REALLY layer this product with two other stylers which I think are a great combination and complement each other perfectly. I use Uncle Funky's Daughter Curl Magic as a base, Moptop Curl Custard as a second, and seal the deal with Jessie Curl Spiralicious. My hair looks damp/shiny in the photos but it's completely dry FYI. In case you're wondering, I use co-washing as I wash and clarify with Bounce Curl Clarifying Shampoo and condition with Bounce on 2 of my 3 weekly days. Conditioner Curl Super Smooth. I went crazy going back to my natural hair and bought a few products but this product with the combination above is definitely a winner for my hair type. As you can see, I was so confident in my makeup that I went out on my first outing in disguise for the first time since my transformation with my natural hair, and I wasn't disappointed. It gave me confidence that you can look "composed" with wavy/textured hair.
