I wanted to speak to the seller before posting a review because I wanted to ask if I'm using the product incorrectly or if an ingredient isn't working well with my hair, but it seems that it is There is no way to contact the seller and there are no returns, which is suspicious. I wanted this product so badly and at first I thought it would be it. It lathered up well, but my hair turned into a squeaky dry mess after washing, and my hair isn't dry. I have really greasy thin hair. I can't imagine what ingredient my hair could feel like when the entire bar is made up of different oils. Which makes me think this must be fake but just ordinary soap in fancy packaging. If it really was just oil, my hair wouldn't break as much as it does in the shower. My hair wouldn't be torn. I had to wet my hair in the mask to comb it out. This whole experience was a disaster and I would have liked to have contacted the seller to find out what went wrong in hopes that they would know more about their ingredients and how it affects different hair types. All the reviews are raving about this product and I only wish I had had the same experience.
