the shell of the device doesn't expand enough to fix it. I had to innovate with a cardboard ring from a roll of duct tape (sleeve) to fill the space. The device relies on USB power to keep the PHONE HANDLE WINGS open or closed. The bottom plastic phone supports are very thin and offer minimal support. When closing the wings of the handles, the device has a weak fastener and requires additional manual assistance.
