Disappointed with the eye shadow
I usually like this product. The last one I ordered arrived on September 3rd. I didn't open immediately because I was using the old one I had. I finally opened my new one and it's either dry or empty. I can do almost nothing. No return or exchange will be granted. So I just spent $25 on something I need to throw away. I'm nervous about buying another one and spending my money. I am extremely disappointed.
