I wanted comfortable shorts that I could wear around the house and to run errands (although I would certainly wear them to the gym) and that still look and feel stylish in shorts. It fits the bill - super comfy! The fabric is smooth, cool, doesn't wrinkle or stick. The belt is also smooth and comfortable - it doesn't pinch at all. I'm 5ft 7" and usually wear an 8-10; I ordered an L to be on the safe side and it fits perfectly. The pockets are big enough for my big iPhone but slim compared to your hips without looking bulky. Highly recommended - I've bought three more pairs!
