I received my bag over two months ago and the straps kept slipping. I contacted the company and they did their best to help me! I wanted to try and keep the bag I had so they sent me photos and videos with ideas on how to make it work. All the time they offered a new bag. I finally gave up and got a new bag and it's beautiful. Everything I need for work (macbook, books, bullet journal) and play (yoga clothes, water bottle) fits in the bag and I get compliments every day!
