5 stars might be a bit high, but 4 is definitely not enough. For the most part, I found the TROND TV Bluetooth transmitter easy to use. I found connecting with Bluetooth and pairing with my speakers relatively easy. I have low latency Jabra headphones. There's a very slight audio lag that's not really noticeable unless I crank the speaker up loud enough to listen through my headphones. In this case, a very weak echo appears. My Trond sits in the center of my 2,000+ square foot home, and my headphones pick up sound throughout my home and on the front and back patios.
