I bought these shoes for my husband who loves loafers from brands like Sketchers and Børn. So I was excited to try this more affordable shoe. I bought shoes in size 14 as my husband usually wears a size 13.5; I figured it would be best to increase the size. However, they were so tight and tight on him that he could barely stand in them. The length was too short; his finger dug into the end of the boot. And the width was so narrow that it squeezed the leg. The color is a nice dark brown. But oddly enough, the shoe has the word "Sport" printed half a dozen times, which doesn't seem to match the style of the shoe; Is this an attempt to be a business casual shoe or a hiking shoe? The crumpled texture also struck us as odd. And they offer little support; You can almost roll up the boot like a burrito. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them for the current price, which we felt was excessive. For a high price, they need to have a more sophisticated design, quality leather, offer more support, and be more consistent in size. Overall we are disappointed as this shoe had an odd shape and didn't fit him at all.
