I'm new to sewing and need a simple machine to start with. I tried to alter the hem of my child's pants (cotton) and succeeded without too much trouble. This machine is perfect, not very bulky and doesn't look like a toy. It was delivered well before the delivery date and the packaging was good. It comes with an electric foot pedal, charger and a sewing kit with black and white spools of thread. It has a small storage space that attaches to the car and a nice LED light. The sewing machine came ready to use with a needle threaded. It would be nice if more thread colors were included and there was no expandable chart as shown in the image, this is for demonstration purposes only.
