Before changing the tension, the fabric tightened quite strongly, it was especially noticeable on a wide zigzag. On some decorative stitches and on letters, the right or wrong side does not look very neat in my opinion, but this is most often corrected by adjusting the tension of the upper thread (wheel on the machine body). Stitches that use multiple passes over the same spot may experience "sticky" seams (machine starts sewing in one spot), but this problem probably only occurs on soft fabrics, only occurring a few times when sewing letters on stretch fabric and was eliminated either by raising the presser foot and moving the needle to a new position, or by pulling the fabric while sewing. Can't find a way to turn off the backlight. You can sew without a pedal only if it is physically disabled. The disadvantages are not so significant as to spoil the overall pleasant impression of the machine.
