The Worst!: Home Decor Products

This is the WORST product I have ever bought from Revain! I don't say that lightly. Why should I say that? let me explain. It's badly designed. Its "revolutionary front-loading pivot design" is more difficult to use than a traditional rear-loading frame. And it's thin, it bends at all 4 corners. It's not as rigid as other aluminum and metal frames I've used. Its internal extrusions connect like a storm window insert and we all know how strong they are. The storm insert rests on glass or plex to add torsional rigidity to the frame and counteract flex. In this framework, the Plex is thinner than the regular clamshell in retail packaging. It's too thin to offer rigidity. All 4 corners on the corners are not cut off. Bare aluminum notches on all 4 corners. (See picture) There are 4 screw holes in the inner bar for attaching gear. Unfortunately they forgot to put the screws in the box, but the kit included unnecessary plastic screens and screws for the wall. The wafer-thin front glass was scratched. Bought 3 identical size poster frames from Revain this week. A plastic for about $15, a wood for about $24, and therefore one for $33. This Reliance A3 is the only one with a compelling combination of high price, poor design and lack of quality control. Update: The frame came with a card that said 'UNSATISFIED? Please do not worry. Before submitting your question to our Revain shop, please email us at Info@reliancer.com. If you use this email you'll end up in an endless page loop, click "Contact Us" and go back to the first page. I think they know how bad their product is.
