I had a bunch of keys on my belt, thank god there were no keys on it. I think the belt clip broke and it fell off my belt. When I cleaned up again. Insufficient clamp tension. I contacted the seller about my experience with this item. They are very understanding and even credited a lost item. Great products, great customer service.
