Best decision I've made for my teeth

I had a dental check-up just under a week ago. The dental technician told me that my teeth were really clean and she wanted to know what I had done to change my habits. I used to come to them with a lot of tooth decay. To be honest, I only use this toothbrush and floss when I remember (once a month, unfortunately I know I need better). I didn't have tooth decay! This is monumental for me as I have always struggled with dental hygiene. I received this in October 2018, it is now June. I'll say I still "tap" my teeth on heads, but I'm not sensitive to it. Also, the head has lasted so long, but the bristles just fell out tonight (again, I know I should change heads more often, but boiling has worked so far). I would 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone. I have a travel battery that runs on batteries, the same batteries still work, my friend has one that plugs in. We like both.
